Enrico Forestieri a894faa25e Fix bug 3150 
* src/frontends/qt4/GuiWorkArea.C
	(GuiWorkArea::GuiWorkArea): initialize pixmap.
	(GuiWorkArea::doGreyOut): remove unneeded setVerticalScrollBarPolicy.

WorkArea.C For each operation, stop the blinking cursor before acting and restart it _after_ redrawing. This latter fixes the spurious cursor jumps in mathed.
