export (e.g. the ToC) and the navigate menu. * src/insets/insetbase.h (InsetBase::plaintext): output to a docstream (InsetBase::textString): ditto * src/mathed/TextPainter.h (TextPainter::show): ditto * src/support/docstream.[Ch] New file and string streams for docstring.
