bufferlist.h: doxy changes bufferlist.C: ws changes DepTable.[Ch] (ext_exist): place const in the right spot. BufferView_pimpl.C (resizeCurrentBuffer): further refine when to resizeInsets. call resizeInsets when the with BufferView changes. adjust for protectedBlank removal call updateInset if the insert went ok. BufferView_pimpl.[Ch] (protectedBlank): remove func, use instead.
