Jürgen Spitzmüller 81876c4aed Catch exceptions whenever filesystem::exists is called. Hopefully definitely fixes all those cases that have been reported (bug 4052, bug 4440, bug 4534)
* src/support/filetools.{cpp,h}:
	- new helper function doesFileExist which calls fs::exists and catches exceptions.
