The "nikud" (vowel) signs, shindot, and shindot  are combining Unicode
characters. However, LaTeX-Hebrew expects them as postfix characters, not
accent macros (cf. www.cs.tau.ac.il/~stoledo/Bib/Pubs/vowels.pdf).
