EmbeddedFile::enable() and EmbeddedFiles::enable() to differentiate different usages. A member variable bibfiles_ is added to InsetBibtex because it is not efficient to obtain EmbeddedFileList each time from params()['bibfiles'] and params()['embed']. git-svn-id: svn://svn.lyx.org/lyx/lyx-devel/trunk@23576 a592a061-630c-0410-9148-cb99ea01b6c8
