* src/insets/InsetSpace.{cpp,h}:
	- merge in HFill inset, add support for dotfill, hrulefill,
	  hspace and hspace*

	- remove

* src/frontends/qt4/GuiHSpace.{cpp,h}:
* src/frontends/qt4/ui/HSpaceUi.ui:

	- new GUI for Space insets.
