Abdelrazak Younes fb74d5a476 * InsetCollapsable::metrics(): it seems we don't need to refit anymore. Saves an InsetText::metrics() call and enable single Row painting within opened inline insets. 
* TextMetrics::drawParagraph(): force full repaint on Insets that are within the current repainting row.
