NEW options for LegendItem (#395)

* NEW options for LegendItem

* * changed 'drawFrame' into 'frame'
* added **kwargs to plotItem.addLegend
* added (frame=False, colCount=2) in legend example
* more elegant solution for legend.getLabel

* repaired getLabel
ItemSample.item == plotitem
