Added functions.transformCoordinates() for mapping numpy arrays of coordinates from QTransform and QMatrix4x4

Minor updates:
- fixed SRTTransform3D.matrix()
- ViewBox fix: updateAutoRange leaves unused axes completely unchanged
- documentation updates
