Bugfixes:

- GraphicsItem.pixelVectors copies cached results before returning
  - Multiprocess fixes for Windows:
      - mmap/shm uses anonymous maps rather than tempfiles
      - avoid use of getppid and setpgrp
      - work around hmac authentication bug (use os.urandom to generate key)
