- mmap/shm uses anonymous maps rather than tempfiles

- Lots of boundingRect and dataBounds caching
(improves ViewBox auto-range performance, especially with multiple plots)
- GraphicsScene avoids testing for hover intersections with non-hoverable items
(much less slowdown when moving mouse over plots)
