Review and sort inverted autotests. Next lot.
New sublabels LyXBug, ERT. Renamed sublabel TeXLimit to TeXissue. More sorting and unification of regular expressions. Removing double entries. Fixes for some expressions (eu_UserGuide_pdf, examples/ja/(knitr|lilypond|sweave))
