c9b9748cee msvcUsing "using namespace std" with msvc10 makes also std::tr1::shared_ptr visible and generates conflicts with boost::shared_ptr. 
Solution: don't use boost::shared_ptr for msvc10 (could also be extended  to several GCC versions)

111bb60932 Fix bug #2009:'|'-character in headings confuses TOC list in navigate menu. 
Solution is to search backwards for the last '|' in the string, and to add a '|' to the ones without a shortcut.

6d671bf5f2 Fix compilation with qt 4.2: QString::operator[] returns a QCharRef, 
which is supposedly like a QChar... except that some methods like isUpper 
were forgotten in the process.

5c2dad7029 Fix crash noticed by Bennett:

5d40a42f60 Paragraph::collectWords() and MenuDefinition::expandSpellingSuggestions(): reuse Paragraph::spellCheck(). 
Paragraph::collectWords() now also collects spellchecker suggested words for inline word completion.

a54850d762 GuiApplication::resetGui(): reset as many things as possible, including menus and toolbars (not sure about Mac global menubar yet). This means that except for already opened dialog, all ui rc settings are taken into account without the need to restart.

7bb8a5f183 Re-engineer the toolbar support code: 
- We now rely more upon Qt features,
- the initial toolbar positioning defined in "lib/ui/default.ui" is now only used if there is no session or if session handling is disabled,
- The session saving/restoring is window dependent.

13e42a8c73 Introduce groups for graphics insets. That includes: 
- GuiGraphics dialog field for setup new groups.
- Graphics context menu for assigning to certain group.
- Fileformat change for groupId field in Graphics inset.
- Undo mechanism added to inset-apply, for catching changes
  in preference dialog.
- Qt designer 4.4 used now.

8a69ffd3bf Complete the removal of the embedding stuff. Maybe. It's hard to be sure we got everything, but this does compile, and it seems to work at least reasonably well. Any problems should of course be reported to the list. 
For the record, this developer is sorry that the problems with this code were not noticed much earlier. It's not fun to do so much work and then have it all reverted.

cc4955b4a2 * in fact we have more than one menubar at the moment, even on Mac. It 
should be possible to only keep one, but then the reference to
  menuBar() in GuiView must go or point to the global one.

3a7c68d3f7 * we have not only one instance of the menu bar. Hence we better take the right Menu objects of the current buffer. Otherwise we easily get crashes if the last GuiView is closed. The Menu objects are gone then too.

51a5db7110 General support for InsetCommand context menu. For this to work properly I had to disable all actions triggered by mouse right-clicking. This was bad ui in any case.
