700c3dc0ef loadIfNeeded() returns a pointer to the loaded child, so it's silly to 
throw away its return value and then go find a pointer to the loaded
child!!

35f3f7cbc4 Don't need this argument, since it was only ever called thus: 
it->fillWithBibKeys(d->bibinfo_, it);
This could be useful later, if we decide to try to do the work that
fillWithBibKeys did from updateLabels().

5577e877bb Try to move all updateBuffer() calls to a central location. We now use 
DispatchResult to store a flag that tells us whether we need a buffer
update or not. 

So: If you find a missing one, go to an appropriate place in the
dispatch and call cur.forceBufferUpdate() or, if you don't have a cursor
but do have a DispatchResult, call dr.forceBufferUpdate().

There is one remaining call I could not move, in
TextMetrics::redoParagraph. But this looks like an emergency call when
the macro context has not been set. There are also a couple calls that
are connected with buffer creation that I commented out, since the same
call is done again almost immediately. But I'm not positive about those.

Now the nice thing would be to do the same for updateMacros().

61b2bd5e7f Using "using namespace std" with msvc10 makes also std::tr1::bind visible and generates conflicts with boost::bind. 
Solution: don't use boost::bind for msvc10 (could also be extended  to several GCC versions)

996505c2ae This patch introduces an optional argument to Buffer::updateLabels(), so 
as to allow us to call the routine when we are preparing for output and
so to do certain things we might not want to do every time. 

This is an abuse of updateLabels(), in a way, but updateLabels() long
ago became the general recurse-through-the-Buffer routine, and to
implement the sort of thing I want to do here in validate(), say, much
of the code in updateLabels()---in particular, the counter-update
code---would have to be duplicated. So I believe this is the best, and
easiest, way to go.

Actual use of the new argument will follow.

16f119cab5 XHTML output for InsetInclude. 
Here's the deal:
* With verbatim, we include it verbatim. This would allow the inclusion of 
  other HTML files.
* With listings, we include it verbatim, wrapped in <pre>.
* With Input and Include, we check if it's a LyX file. If not, we don't do
  anything, since we don't know how to include (say) a TeX file in the HTML
  output. (Wanna call tex4ht, anyone?) If it is a LyX file, we let it write
  itself as HTML, and include it.

605f6bebf2 Implement a warning dialog with a "Do not show this warning again!" checkbox. 
Since Qt does not provide this, we have to roll our own dialog.
Hidden warnings are stored in sessions.

The dialog is currently only used in the case where an included file
has a different textclass then the master (bug 3218).

74741ca5b9 Some cleanup in InsetInclude: 
* use the UpdateScope, introduced recently, to prevent the 'strange' calls to setParent which also causes the update mechanism to run,

90feb482db Fix bug 5787-part_2 (Labels in Listings Children Don't Update Properly). 
It was still possible to set the label of an included Program Listing to an already existing label (if there was no label specified yet).

39bc3f3f93 Fix most of bug 5539. 
If a file fails to load, we do not try to load it again. The downside is that, even if you fixed the problem, then LyX won't try to load it again in that session. I tried resetting the failedtoload_ variable in fileChanged(), but that didn't work, as it doesn't seem to get hit. I'm not sure what to do here, but it isn't a huge issue.

2193a50605 Implement a cache for BibTeX data. There was a cache of sorts already in InsetCitation, but that was being used only to cache the labels. So that has been moved to Buffer, and everything else that needs access to BibTeX data should call either Buffer::localBibInfo(), which gives you the BiblioInfo for this Buffer, or Buffer::masterBibInfo(), which gives you the BiblioInfo for the Buffer's master, if it has one, or for it, otherwise. Normally, what you want is masterBibInfo(). 
Thanks to Andre for help with linking problems.

8a69ffd3bf Complete the removal of the embedding stuff. Maybe. It's hard to be sure we got everything, but this does compile, and it seems to work at least reasonably well. Any problems should of course be reported to the list. 
For the record, this developer is sorry that the problems with this code were not noticed much earlier. It's not fun to do so much work and then have it all reverted.

5cadecf3f6 Remove embedding stuff from InsetBibtex. 
There might be some header cleanup that can be done here, or some uses of forward declarations and such. This was pretty quick and dirty, just to get it done.

5ffc0d19c1 Embedding: when an inset with an embedded file is copied to another buffer, the embedded file needs to be copied, to an external file or to the temporary directory of that buffer. Otherwise, pasted insets will become invalid when the source buffer is closed and the embedded files are removed.
