7c98b3bd37 spellchecker cleanup - fscked knows why pspell is broken, I am TOTALLY 
baffled by that one.

Various other cleanups, including a fixed version of lyxlex that doesn't
destroy the preamble ...

5e802bab4d Change the LyX file format, adding a "preview" flag to Include insets. 
Document this change in a new file FORMAT.
Enable the user to toggle preview status by modifying the Include dialog.

ddb684f332 Disable direct loading of PostScript files by the xforms image loader. 
Apply Herbert's patch removing special casing to deal with rogue PostScript
files.
Fix a few more comments.

f643df79a8 * Make the graphics files conform strictly to the Pimpl idiom by moving 
the boost::signals into the relevant Impl classes and creating new,
publicly-accessible connect() methods.
* Const-ify all publicly-accessible methods, reflecting the fact that each
class contains only a const pimpl_ member variable.

de236c41d8 Changes to make RH-7.3 be able to run lyx. 
Also changes to make gcc 3.1 compiled lyx exit cleanly after
above changes.

Move operator== out out InsetCommandParams.

514156adbb * Split the graphics loader into a frontend and a backend. 
* Add frontend code to generate and display the pixmap to InsetGraphics.

9e534c8750 Don't call edit() on not higly editable insets if we're just called edit(). 
In Highly editable inset we have to to enter it with the cursor (fix #387).

aa3c665813 first_after_edit was not set in the right place in one ::edit call (fix #385) 
(see ChangeLog for detailed description). Anyway this stuff is one of the
first things to remove as soon as we have a decent inset and paragraph
iterator in 1.3.0!
