e32aade059 Next round for modules tab

5b5e0025ef * configure.py: 
- TeXLive does not include the oolatex script, but relies on mk4ht.
	  Also reinclude the verbose command as a fallback.

Obviously, such changes need testing on as many systems and distributions as possible.

6a8219c190 Paragraph: 
- constify some parameters
- getFontSettings():
- getFirstFontSettings(): return a const ref instead of a copy. This brings a consistent 4% improvement in LateX generation. Might speedup rtl handling too.
