ddc06a6e29 Don't create undos for inserting Error insets. What is missing still is that 
before actually doing any undo we should remove "AutoInsets".

6c12adeebe Finish the re-indroduction of the show_banner flag. It is 'true' by 
default now and not changable from the UI, but a \show_banner "false" in
the .lyx/preferences gets honored.

7c98b3bd37 spellchecker cleanup - fscked knows why pspell is broken, I am TOTALLY 
baffled by that one.

Various other cleanups, including a fixed version of lyxlex that doesn't
destroy the preamble ...

9c1a896972 There is now a \preview lyxrc variable defaulting to 'false'. 
Would be nice if someone would make this available in the preferences
dialog.

And this incorporates Herberts' patch to use pdfLaTeX which means
we are approaching TeXMacs ballpark of sluggishness...

514156adbb * Split the graphics loader into a frontend and a backend. 
* Add frontend code to generate and display the pixmap to InsetGraphics.
* Add (much simpler) frontend code to the LyXScreen to show the splash screen
once more.

e4fffd74bc This is the ParagraphIndent stuff compatibility. All of it only the GUI for 
inputing/changing values is missing, but this (if) will come after 1.2.0.
