5421c4539a Don't forget "outfile = real_outfile" as the final step in a conversion where the input and output file names are the same. Otherwise, future conversion steps won't work...

4bf2365fe7 Disable the lyxserver on Windows. 
Clean up spellchecker code.
LyX 1.3.x should now compile out of the box on Windows.

4c41cd5d0f * Kayvan's solution to the problem of whether Cygwin or native 
Windows-style paths should be exported.
* Enable the user to modify the PATH environment variable.
* The fix to the "string lit" == "some other string lit" problem
  thrown up by MSVC. It's been noted that this solution isn't optimal,
  but that it's OK for 1.3.x.
* Invoke lyx2lyx as "python <path to>/lyx2lyx" and
����TeXFiles.sh��as��"sh��<path��to>/TeXFiles.sh"
* Exit LyX if we're unable to create the LyX tempdir (/tmp/lyx_tmpdirXXX).

82bcfbae02 Remove the OS/2 relic lib/configure.cmd. 
Ensure that Windows knows how to run the <system_lyxdir>/configure

f2240515c7 * Remove unnecessary #include directive from BufferView_pimpl.C. 
* Remove invalid Q_EXPORT declaration as it breaks compilation of the
generated qgridview_moc.C on Windows machines. Has no effect on *nix
machines where Q_EXPORT expands to an empty string.
