thing assignable.

  * updatableinset.[Ch]: remove unneeded code

0f9678630c Remove all unnecessary #includes from header files. 
Add them as appropriate to .C files.
Rename Voss as Vo�, Juergen as J�rgen and Spitzmueller as Spitzm�ller.
