inset.
If the reference is "sec:mysec", then this will output just "mysec".
This is what is needed, e.g., to use refstyle's range commands, e.g.,
\secrangeref{mysec1}{mysec2}
You *cannot* use:
\secrangeref{sec:mysec1}{sec:mysec2}
even if those are the actual labels.
Eventually, I'd like to add native support for this, but I'm a bit
frightened of trying to make the reference dialog support multiple
selections.
Using a static variable here was premature optimization: fileNames() is only
called from GuiRef (directly or indirectly), and since this is a dialog the
copying of a FileNameList is not noticeable at all.
Before, if a user had "Group" checked in GuiRef and double-clicked
on a category, that category would be inserted as a (broken)
reference. Now, when a category is double-clicked, nothing happens.
If a label starts with ':' and 'Group' is checked,
the label is now shown under "<No prefix>" instead of
not shown.
Note that labels starting with ':' can be valid in LaTeX.
If "Group" is checked, "<No prefix>" is shown only if there exists a
label with no prefix. Before, it was shown even when it was empty and
even when there were no labels at all.
- use itemDoubleClicked() instead of itemActivated(). The latter is traditionally defined as single click
on UNIX, which is not desired here (bug 6204)

Reference dialog update crash for read-only documents.
Comments:
* -1 is a valid return of bufferCO->currentIndex() so we need to test for it.
* set the correct enabling of the button in case no call to updateContents follows.
* remove unneeded call to setFocusProxy. The widget is either disabled or the focus proxy is set in updateRefs.

This is solved by the attached patch.
We should not restore the last used buffer if the active buffer has
changed. Especially not when you cannot choose the buffer which is now
still the case.

- The GuiRef dialog does not respond to keyboard events if the
reference list is empty. This is because the reference list has the
focus proxy and is disabled when the list is empty. Therefore I removed
the focus proxy from the list if it is disabled.

dialog, and all the others, to the new framework. GuiRef still inherits from
GuiDialog, rather than from DialogView.
