(cutSelection): Fill the system clipboard if this is a real cut (only
if the cursor is in texted, the mathed case is done elsewhere).
(cutSelection): Remove obsolete comment. Since the separation of
selection and clipboard the selection is only filled as response
to an explicit request by the X server, so there is no slowdown.
The clipboard is only filled on explicit user request, so that does
not result in slowdown either.

(LyX::init): Remove obsolete test for arguments starting with '-'.
The frontend did already parse these arguments before LyX::init is
called, and therefore any remaining ones are reported as error

The only drawback is that it requires about 20Mo extra-memory when loading the UserGuide. If it turns out to be too much, we can switch to a QHash based solution instead of a table.

This fix will create extra translator work, and nobody will remmeber that
bformat should be used instead of your solution once the real problem is
fixed. If you use from_ascii instead of from_utf8 everything is OK. utf8
can be wrong as encoding for files anyway, so for now we require that files
are pure ascii.

- iconv_close was called even if the conversion descriptor was
invalid
- The compiler generated copy constructor did simply copy the pimpl_

I decided that this is no file format change: We already had the change to
format 249 that allowed unicode in .lyx files. The output to .tex of
non-ascii characters is now different than before (even for those that were
supported previously, e.g. german umlauts in latin1), but this is only
relevant if people referenced a label in ERT. Since we cannot detect this
anyway we don't need a file format change.

- setBufferView(): deleted
- currentView(), setCurrentView(): new method to set the current LyXView
* GuiApplication::x11EventFilter(): use currentView().view() to get the current BufferView. This should solves the X11 selection bug.
* WorkArea:
- dispatch(): redraw only if needRedraw in preparation for the painting optimization patch. Show the cursor immediately on mouse click.
- setBufferView(): remove call to Application::setBufferView()
* GuiWorkArea:
- focusInEvent(): update only if we changed LyXView
- focusInEvent(): stop the cursor only if we changed LyXView.
