99e966daa0 installer: 
- fix problem with path with spaces in the Launcher

01a780bd89 installer: 
- using Joost's patched pdfopen/pdfclose programs as these now also work for Acrobat 8 using the latest version
-> Could get rid of ugly hack that was only used for Acrobat 8
