4e2cd30657 fileformat change: support to specify a document-wide font color 
- new buffer parameter \fontcolor
- the default color is internally black because we have to set a color
- the font color is only used when the user explicitly specified a color

729c0655aa introduce a new color module to GuiDocument as suggested: 
- move the background color settings from PageLayoutUi.ui to ColorUi.ui

- move the greyed-out font color from FontUi.ui to ColorUi.ui

- some sorting and whitespace unification

- the group boxes will get the next days each a further entry
 (one for the document-wide text color and one for the shaded box background)

bbda43a400 Attempt to simplify as much as possible Inset parameter dialog creation. We now just need an ui file and a class that inherits InsetParamsWidget and implement 4 methods. Then InsetParamsDialog will take care of the rest. InsetParamsDialog has 2 running mode: "immediate apply" and "Restore/OK/Close" which is the default; I hope this is enough to satisfy all users. The checkbox status might be saved later in session settings. 
This new attempt replace the previous attempt with InsetDialog which was still too tight with the older framework.
Status:
float, ert, box, info: migrated
vspace: migrated but buggy. To be fixed later.

72721655c5 Remove some indirection leftover from Andre's removal of controllers and such. 
When we had GuiDocument and GuiDocumentDialog, there was a separation that required
this kind of thing, but now apply() is only ever called from applyView(), which is
private and only ever calls it with our local params.

This simplifies the forthcoming ProvidesModule, etc, patch a bit.

932998494b Embedding: add option \extra_embedded_files to buffer params. This increase 
LyX file format to 318. The Embedded files panel of document settings has
been simplied, with working add and remove buttons. Note that bease BufferParams
lacks buffer path information, extraEmbeddedFiles are vector<string>, instead
of EmbeddedFileList (as previously planned).

2c382f2f47 More work towards type safety regarding TextClass's. A couple bugs have been fixed here, too, discovered along the way. 
Note that we no longer rely upon BaseClassList to be sorted. This would allow layout descriptions---such as "article (AMS)"---to be translated, and the ordering of the list in Document>Settings will then follow the translations.

69de04feac Restore Andre's TextClassIndex, but now in the form of BaseClassIndex. It seems worth distinguishing more clearly than we do at the moment between TextClass's and BaseClass's. The latter correspond to *.layout files; the former are based upon *.layout files but may be modified by modules.
