d9d7d1769a installer: 
- updates
- new script to be able to build all installer version at once via e.g. SCons
- updated to MiKTeX 2.6 -> lots of changes in the recognition of the LaTeX-distributions
- fix uninstalling bug
- added readme for the Update Installer

01a780bd89 installer: 
- using Joost's patched pdfopen/pdfclose programs as these now also work for Acrobat 8 using the latest version
-> Could get rid of ugly hack that was only used for Acrobat 8

98e9214e1c Installer: uninstaller fixes and infrastructure changes: 
- the uninstaller is now ready for uninstalling without admin permissions
- uninstalling does now correctly work after using the Update installer

a16237bddb New installer version: With this, existing installations can be updated so that no reinstallation is needed. 
(Not fully ready yet, I'll announce it later on the list.)
