* src/Clipboard.h:
* src/frontends/GuiClipboard.{cpp,h}:
- new member hasInternal() which indicates whether the OS knows
the concept of clipboard ownership.
* src/insets/InsetTabular.cpp (doDispatch):
- consider hasInternal() while pasting.
