0784c24d53 Now that fewer dialogs use the old scheme, can merge three files into one. 
Dialogs2.C will go when all dialogs are ported to the new scheme.

7fb50b8c66 Fix bug 944: 
src/frontends/xforms/forms/fdfix.sh uses fixed file names for temporary
files, thus make dist on SMP fails.
Fix is trivial -- all temporary files should have $$ (PID) appended to them.

47432f0259 The inset newline patch I sent plus the requisite fixes. I couldn't reproduce a problem. 
JMarc, I haven't moved those latex bits into the ::latex method yet though.

ae87b94515 The big change tracking patch. Changes from posted version : 
1) abstract time_t into lyx::time_type
2) abstrace struct passwd into support/userinfo
3) make authorlist a per-buffer property instead of global

I will look at the paragraph breaking soon, in the meantime I opened a bug on bugzilla.

adbf4d7f68 Fix default fonts in RH8.0. We use the style hint after all else fails 
in order to find a reasonable font.

Note that StyleSerif does not work. I blame RedHat 8.0 personally,
but cannot verify yet.

Note also that in a sane world, we could just use font.setFamily(blah);
QFontInfo(font).family() and set to that. But Qt is obviously not sane, so
we stay with the weird setComboxFont() code we have :(

539ce478e0 Re-written font loader. This gets the Qt 2 case right still, 
but also works with Qt 3 on RedHat 8.0 when you install those
ttf fonts.
