3b8f42f712 Make the code to modify and launch the configure script more robust (lyx_cofnigure.C) 
Add a Polish translation from Tomasz Luczak.
Add a warning message explaining what to do if the configure script fails to run.

590baffa39 Replace CamelCase file names with lower_case ones.
