9108263d2f Europe_CV: use "utf8" instead of "utf8x" 
uf8x is not recommended
(https://github.com/latex3/latex2e/issues/833), and thanks to Europe
CV's recent release, is no longer needed. See here:

  https://github.com/gsilano/EuropeCV/pull/30

Europe CV still fails on an updated TeX Live (see discussion on
hooks in the above discussion for why), but this commit at least
fixes the unicode-related errors.

d3ec77c633 Reorganize templates and example folders 
Re-structure and rename files in a transparent way. Most template/example
names now correspond to the (verbose GUI) name of their layouts.

Note that this, most prominently, also changes [LANG/]splash.lyx to
something less insiderish, namely "Welcome.lyx".

234d482e1e tufte-handout.lyx: add the lost \origon tag 
That the origin tag is automatically removed sucks. It consumes a lot of time to re-add it again and again.

1602415b98 Update examples/templates to 2.2.0alpha1 format 
Also MacOSX ReadMe files. Note that a few lib/doc files are
also "updated" because trailing spaces are removed, but their file
formats are the same because they were recently updated at 83672113.

I did "git checkout LFUNs.lyx" because this file is generated
automatically and has a special header.
