0ff701698c R-S-statements.lyx: move to attic/R-S-statements.lyx 
RS statements are deprecated since 2015. Their replacement are the HP statements for which LyX has an example file since LyX 2.2.

25333ea74d Add patcheset for building with gcc 4.6. 
Reverts couple patches (external file monitor stuff) committed
while ago by GM. One can expect some bugs wrt external
file monitoring; don't use this patch blindly.

576b941389 configure.py: read layout and module files in binary mode 
This prevents encoding issues with Python3 that manifested for a user
on the Mac.

a9e15e667e Win installer: update to Qt 5.9.2 also fro LyX 2.3 
I tested LyX with Qt 5.9 intensively and it works well.

92b7370b2a Win installer: disable a feature 
checking that the Win installer is already currently running doesn't work with the current Unicode compatible NSIS plugin

1a8873d7be InsetExternal: update renderer after preview status change 
This fixes a crash when changing instant preview prefs while
document with previewed external inset is opened.

49576dda9e Win installer: convert the translations to Unicode and prepare a new installer 
- since NSIS 3 Unicode is allowed and even required.
The first installer for RC1 used the non-Unicode and therefore users of non-Latin script languages could not see readable text in the installer.

- also remove some JabRef residues

43a6fe8375 Fix #10778 (issue with CJK and language nesting) 
When using CJK, don't try to close a language that was never
opened before, such as when it is the main language.

c480b5bdf5 configure.py: add LilyPond editor, Frescobaldi 
Generic text editors are used as fallbacks, in case Frescobaldi is
not available. The list of text editors is the same as elsewhere in
configure.py. We might consider centralizing the list of text
editors in a variable.
