   * 'convert existing-image.png -background' no longer generates a fault.
   * -define pdf:use-cropbox=true actually works now.
   * Slight mods to magick/xwindow.c to compile under BEOS (path provided by
     henrimoi@hotma...).
   * #000000 improperly set the opacity channel (bug report and patch from
     digipete@shaw....).

b706a1ade5 As ImageMagick output is different for different versions, and different (even 
incompatible) options are to be used to obtain the same result, it is better
to query the version and accordingly use the needed options (bug 4749).

f119b8f4de Fix bug 4927 again. The latex2ert routine was geared too much toward IndexInset, where 
the initial backslash in a LaTeX command is escaped, which it is not in a subfigure.

Note that we are NOT converting labels here into InsetLabel objects. That would not be 
all that hard to do. I've put a comment in about how we could do that. It would be fairly
easy to do.

8cbc28d880 * src/Encoding.{cpp,h}: 
- build an exception list of characters that must be output as LaTeX command in any case
	  (except in utf8-plain). I.e., the utf8 encodings now also honour the "force" flag.
* lib/unicodesymbols:
	- add "force" flag to combine characters. Fixes rest of bug 4946.
