5b5e0025ef * configure.py: 
- TeXLive does not include the oolatex script, but relies on mk4ht.
	  Also reinclude the verbose command as a fallback.

Obviously, such changes need testing on as many systems and distributions as possible.

2c88b65ad8 - slides.layout, seminar.layout: Both classes don't create presentations, but transparencies as clearly stated at CTAN and the package description. (There's a big difference between a transparency (used for overhead projectors) and a presentation (used for beamers).) 
- seminar.layout: updated layout file from Günter Milde to fix a few long standing issues with the visualization within LyX

- seminar.lyx: new example file, also from Günter Milde

The updated layout and new example file can also go to LyX 1.5, Jürgen?

b0c6099330 Fix bug 5330, round 1. 
The bug is that older layout files with lines like:
	Input amsmaths.inc
fail in 1.6, since that file no longer exists. This commit adds some 
layout2layout that will scan for such includes and add lines like
	UseModule theorems-ams
corresponding to the input lines. The downside to this commit is that
UseModule only becomes available on 25 July 2008, whereas the files
were removed in January.

My intention is to try to deal with these intermediate cases as well.
But I'm not sure that will ultimately work very well, so this will do
until I can figure that out.

b32b4a545c Update counter containing files to new format. 
Actually, not all of these do contain counters, but my grepping 
wasn't sophisticated enough to catch them. Not a big deal....

I don't think there are errors here, but if you see weird
behavior with counters in some file or other, it's possible I missed 
something.

d841355b7e Fix bug 5316 properly. The fix is to make the routine that reads a counter 
update an existing counter rather than overwrite it.

This turns out to be more complicated than it might seem. There are two 
large parts to the patch. One moves the counter read routine out of TextClass
and into the Counter and Counters classes. The other changes the syntax of 
counters from:
	Counter
		Name whatever
	....
to:
	Counter whatever
	....
This allows us to get the name of the counter right away, so we can decide
whether it is an old one or a new one. So the layout format had to be 
changed (again), with corresponding layout2layout code.

ee4db4a133 Adapt stdinsets.inc and linguistics.module to the new InsetLayout framework. 
There may be some other changes to be made here still, but they should be
fairly painless. What will need checking are InsetFlex's. Those that set 
MultiPar to true will now default to ForcePlain false and CustomPars true;
those that set MultiPar to false (or don't set it, since that's the default)
will have CustomPars false and ForcePlain true. If that's wrong, the right
tag can be added, but it must be AFTER the MultiPar tag, since MultiPar will
reset CustomPars and ForcePlain, as described in stdinsets.inc.

510f7db943 chkconfig.ltx, LaTeXConfig.lyx: it turns out that the fonts of the psnffs package are not always bundled together, so we (already) check for each of them. I added the 3 missing fonts.

ede2dbfade Cleanup and layoutification of the InsetInfo class. 
* InsetInfo.cpp (InsetInfo): derive from InsetCollapsable instead of 
	InsetText, so that we can use InsetLayout. Should be reverted when the 
	layout stuff is migrated to InsetText or some lower level.
	(initTranslator, nameTranslator): moved outside of the class.
	(name, neverIndent): added.
	(draw, setMouseHover): removed.
	(updateInfo): cleanup and use layout
	(read, setInfo): make sure to reset layout.

	* lib/layouts/stdinsets.inc: add layouts for the various Info insets.
	These are used for both display and output.

805d18d818 Another fix for csv2lyx. This one looks like a generic bug, though 
one that may have been triggered by an older version of python. The
problem is that the sniffer call could fail, and then dialect is
undefined.

3e55de70dd Introduce LFUN_FONT_BOLDSYMBOL, performing the same as LFUN_FONT_BOLD 
except when in math mode, where \boldsymbol is used instead of \mathbf.
Restore the previous binding of Ctrl-B and make sure that LFUN_FONT_BOLDSYMBOL,
now bound to Ctrl-Alt-B, can be toggled.

c2ba728c71 CREDITS: correct credits 
- Sponsoring is not under the GPL and no contribution in the sense of a license. When we want to list the sponsors, we should do this in a separate list.
- The same applies for the Wiki. There is no license for Wiki edits people have to agree to. Otherwise (and to be fair) we must list everybody who has contributed to the Wiki in the Credits, which is not possible.

9374e68bfd Fix bug 5146. The problem arose when attempting to paste normal text into 
a multicell selection. But the more I thought about this, the more it seemed
that pasting into multicell selections shouldn't be allowed. What exactly
ought to happen if the user selects a 2x3 grid of cells and then tries to
paste a 5x5 group of cells? LyX, anyway, just ignores the selection in this 
case, which is not what the user will expect. So let's just not go there.

e5a783d853 Polish the index conversion routine a bit, fixing bug 5119. 
We had been assuming too much about the format. Reference.lyx violated it, maybe because it is so old. But anyway, this is a bit more reliable.

56a35c2c61 Add UseModule tag for layout files. This allows the AMS files, in particular, to "require" the 
theorems-ams module, which is what most users will want. A later commit will allow users also
to "exclude" this module, in case they wanted to do that.

   * #000000 improperly set the opacity channel (bug report and patch from
     digipete@shaw....).

b706a1ade5 As ImageMagick output is different for different versions, and different (even 
incompatible) options are to be used to obtain the same result, it is better
to query the version and accordingly use the needed options (bug 4749).

f119b8f4de Fix bug 4927 again. The latex2ert routine was geared too much toward IndexInset, where 
the initial backslash in a LaTeX command is escaped, which it is not in a subfigure.

Note that we are NOT converting labels here into InsetLabel objects. That would not be 
all that hard to do. I've put a comment in about how we could do that. It would be fairly
easy to do.
