                perl-script to substitute words (defined in the cmd-line) with their actual
                        values
        development/cmake/doc/CMakefiles.txt
                convert and install files .lyx and .txt-files from the lib/doc-directory
	development/cmake/src/client/CMakeLists.txt
		create and install lyxclient
	
Changed:
        development/cmake/Install.cmake
                include the new doc-directory
                remove installation of .lyx from the doc-directory. Will be installed in
                        development/cmake/doc/CMakefiles.txt
        development/cmake/Install.cmake
                changed macro lyx_install() to not insert '.' into the globbing-expression
                        automatically. We need sometimes also dotless files.
	development/cmake/src/CMakefiles.txt
		Added subdirectory client to create and install lyxclient on unix-like systems

			Installs ${_lang} as ${LYX_ABS_INSTALLED_DATADIR}/${LYX_LOCALEDIR}/${_lang}/LC_MESSAGES/lyx.mo
		development/cmake/man/CMakeLists.txt
			Handling of lyx-manuals.
		development/cmake/modules/FindLyXGettext.cmake
			Original: (GNU) FindGettext.cmake
			Changed the installation subdirectory of .gmo-files.
			Previously installing into "/usr/local/share/lyx2.0" led
				   to e.g. /usr/local/share/lyx2.0/share/locale/de/LC_MESSAGES/lyx.mo
				   now     /usr/local/share/lyx2.0/locale/de/LC_MESSAGES/lyx.mo
Changes:
        development/cmake/Install.cmake
                macro lyx_install _parent_src_dir
                        searches now through directories specified as simple regular expression.
                        Until now we had to specify explicitly each directory for each language.
                Mode of the DESTINATION/lyx2lyx is now corect
                Installation of the .gmo files

	development/cmake/config.h.cmake:
		Changed some #cmakedefine to #define, because config_file() did not
        	substitute the desired values in config.h.
        	Some typos corrected (TOP_SRCDIR -> TOP_SRC_DIR)

        development/cmake/configCompiler.h.cmake
                Removed doubly defined ENABLE_NLS, HAVE_LC_MESSAGES
                Installation directory still hardcoded, users need to to set environment
                variable LYX_LOCALEDIR to get the corect translations.

	development/cmake/CMakeLists.txt
		Setting correct values to LYX_ABS_INSTALLED_DATADIR,
        		LYX_ABS_INSTALLED_LOCALEDIR, LYX_ABS_TOP_SRCDIR.
			Now the lyx-executable searches on the installed places for it's data,
        		so no need to set environment anymore.
		New variable: LYX_LOCALEDIR. We need it later in FindLyXGettext.cmake,
		    	because we cannot use the absolute path LYX_ABS_INSTALLED_LOCALEDIR.
			(We need relative path when packaging to different root-directory).
                Use of module FindLyXGettext.cmake: This is a modified version
		       	of (GNU) FindGettext.cmake
                Include the new development/cmake/po directory
		Include the new development/cmake/man directory

        development/cmake/po/CMakeLists.txt
                Creation of lyx.pot and apropriate .gmo files
                Creating lyx.pot file
                        I had to use perl to simulate the unix "cat" command. Maybe Jose can
                        write the corect statement in python

2c88b65ad8 - slides.layout, seminar.layout: Both classes don't create presentations, but transparencies as clearly stated at CTAN and the package description. (There's a big difference between a transparency (used for overhead projectors) and a presentation (used for beamers).) 
- seminar.layout: updated layout file from Günter Milde to fix a few long standing issues with the visualization within LyX

- seminar.lyx: new example file, also from Günter Milde

The updated layout and new example file can also go to LyX 1.5, Jürgen?

1a2af1197e Allow to specify either text mode or math mode commands (or both) in the 
unicodesymbols file. When the command for a mode is not specified, the
other one is used (taking care that it also works in the "wrong" mode).
This allows to avoid the \lyxmathsym macro when a native math command
is available. Patch from Georg, modifications to the unicodesymbols
file by me.

2a47858dda Fix remaining issues with InsetSpace. The identifier "Space" used in the .lyx 
file has been changed to "space" to match the identifier used for the inset in
Inset.cpp and for the dialog in GuiView.cpp.

In future, we will want to get a similar uniformity elsewhere: The identifier
used in the LyX file should match the one used as inset identifier. The easy
way to do this, in the code, is to have insets write themselves this way:
	os << insetName(lyxCode()) << " ";
rather than at present:
	os << "space ";
Similar things could then happen elsewhere. E.g., if the dialog names are in
sync with the inset names, then we could do something like:
	hideDialogs(insetName(lyxCode()), this);
rather than
	hideDialogs("space", this);
and perhaps even put that into the Inset destructor rather than have specific
versions in each inset---with a test for whether there is such a dialog, of
course.

But this is all for later.

7bb8a5f183 Re-engineer the toolbar support code: 
- We now rely more upon Qt features,
- the initial toolbar positioning defined in "lib/ui/default.ui" is now only used if there is no session or if session handling is disabled,
- The session saving/restoring is window dependent.

13e42a8c73 Introduce groups for graphics insets. That includes: 
- GuiGraphics dialog field for setup new groups.
- Graphics context menu for assigning to certain group.
- Fileformat change for groupId field in Graphics inset.
- Undo mechanism added to inset-apply, for catching changes
  in preference dialog.
- Qt designer 4.4 used now.

f9e5128e31 lots of installer improvements: 
* Add option to bundle required ImageMagick/Ghostscript files without the need to modify registry keys that belong to the original applications. This allows for full support for installation by limited users, gives different users the possibility to have a different setup of all LyX tools and reduces download size. The necessary files will be included in the dependency package.
* Python, ImageMagick and Ghostscript will now all be compiled using the same MSVC compiler and can use the same C runtimes. This reduces the installer size.
* Compile Python files during installation to improve performance. Limited users may not have access to the installation folders so the files cannot be compiled afterwards.
* Only the settings that typically need to be changed for LyX releases are now in settings.nsh.
* Rename launcher executable to LyXLauncher.exe to match the alternative installer.
* Minor fixes and cleanup.

932998494b Embedding: add option \extra_embedded_files to buffer params. This increase 
LyX file format to 318. The Embedded files panel of document settings has
been simplied, with working add and remove buttons. Note that bease BufferParams
lacks buffer path information, extraEmbeddedFiles are vector<string>, instead
of EmbeddedFileList (as previously planned).

d5d665482e This commit changes the way individual LyXModule's are represented, both internally and in the .lyx files. The earlier version represented them by their `descriptive name', e.g., "Endnote" or "Theorems (AMS)", these being the same names used in the UI. This was a mistake, as becomes readily apparent when one starts to think about translating these strings. The modules ought to be represented by their filename, without the extension, just as TextClass's are. 
The changes that accomplish this part are in ModuleList.{h,cpp}, configure.py, and the *.module files themselves. This is a format change, and the lyx2lyx is in those files.

By itself, that change would not be major, except for the fact that we do not want the module to be represented in the UI by its filename---e.g., theorems-std---but rather by a descriptive name, such as "Theorems". But that change turns out to be wholly non-trivial. The mechanism for choosing modules was the same as---indeed, was borrowed from---that in GuiCitation: You get a list of modules, and choosing them involves moving strings from one QListView to another. The models underlying these views are just QStringListModels, which means that, when you want to know what modules have been selected, you see what strings are in the "selected" QListView. But these are just the descriptive names, and we can't look up a module by its descriptive name if it's been translated. That, indeed, was the whole point of the change to the new representation.

So, we need a more complicated model underlying the QListView, one that will pair an identifying string---the filename minus the extension, in this case---with each item. This turns out not to be terribly difficult, though it took rather a while for me to understand why it's not difficult. There are two parts:
(i)  GuiSelectionManger gets re-written to use any QAbstractListModel, not just a QStringListModel. This actually seems to improve the code, independently.
(ii) We then subclass QAbstractListModel to get the associated ID string, using the Qt::UserRole slot associated with each item to store its ID. This would be almost completely trivial if QAbstractListItem::itemData() included the QVariant associated with this role, but it doesn't, so there are some additional hoops through which to jump.

The new model, a GuiIdListModel, is defined in the files by that name. The changes in GuiSelectionManger.{h,cpp} make it more abstract; the changes in GuiDocument.{h,cpp} adapt it to the new framework. 

I've also updated the module documenation to accord with this change.
